How do I order a tuning file?
Create an account on the portal, purchase credits, then submit your original ECU file through the portal wizard. Our calibration team processes your request within 4 hours.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept .bin, .ori, .dat, .pak, .sg, .sgo, .cas, .org and ZIP/RAR archives. Your original ECU dump must be a complete, unmodified read.
How long does delivery take?
Standard: 2–4 business hours. Priority (dealer tier): under 60 minutes. Custom calibrations requiring datalogging analysis may take up to 24 hours.
Can I use TunerFlash if I'm not a dealer?
Yes. The portal is open to all registered users. Dealers get priority queue access and discounted credit rates; enthusiasts order directly.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Razorpay (UPI, NetBanking, and Indian debit/credit cards).
How do I become a dealer?
Fill in the application form on our Dealers page. We review all applications within 48 hours. There are no upfront fees — you pay per credit bundle.
Are your calibrations road-legal?
Our calibrations are supplied for off-road and motorsport use only. It is the customer's responsibility to check local legislation before use on public roads.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
If a calibration file fails to function on a healthy ECU after our support team has reviewed it, we will reprocess the file at no charge or issue a credit refund.
