    Read the original

    Pull the stock file from the ECU via OBD, bench, BDM or boot mode — any professional tool (KESS V2/V3, KTAG, AutoTuner, CMD, PCMFlash, MPPS, FoxFlash, Flex, New Genius).

  2. 02

    Upload to the portal

    Log in at portal.tunerflash.com. Pick the vehicle and modifications from 80+ options. Attach your original and any datalog. Your VAT invoice generates instantly.

  3. 03

    Our engineers calibrate

    A 6-person crew working across 4 continents picks up the request. Factory ECU calibration background. Every file goes through checksum correction and sanity-check before delivery.

  4. 04

    Receive calibrated file

    Download the calibrated .bin through a signed, expiring link. AES-256 encrypted at rest, zero public access. Turnaround 15–60 minutes during operating hours, always within 4 hours otherwise.

  5. 05

    Flash & verify

    Write the new calibration back with the same tool. Road-test or dyno-verify. Every file is dyno-validated on reference vehicles before we ship it — gain figures are real, not marketing.

Never. Credits stay on your account balance until you use them.

Can I share credits with my team?

Yes. Your portal account can add sub-users who consume from the same credit pool. Dealer accounts unlock deeper role management.

Is it really £55.00 per credit?

Yes — that is the portal base rate. An ECU surcharge may apply on specific platforms (heavy-duty / agricultural / rare modules). The portal shows the exact final cost before you confirm each file request.

What payment methods do you accept?

Stripe (all major cards), PayPal, and bank transfer for dealer accounts over 25 credits. Every pack includes a VAT invoice delivered instantly.

Do you offer refunds?

Unused credit balances are refundable within 14 days of purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable since we deliver a calibrated file for each one.
