Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of automotive software, our policy is as follows:

Digital Files

Once a tuning file has been downloaded or “flashed” to a vehicle, it is non-refundable.

Hardware

Unopened hardware (interfaces/cables) can be returned within 3 days of receipt, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Compatibility

It is the user’s responsibility to ensure their vehicle is supported before purchase.

Technical Issues

If a file fails to load due to a software bug, our engineers will provide a revision. Refunds are only issued if our technical team deems the software incompatible with your specific ECU.
